We used Excel a lot. Up to a point it works fine, of course, but we were well aware that it was not always the most efficient way of working. Everyone had their own files and lists; each department adopted its own approach to a certain extent. It also took a long time to align everything. Bob Defreaye is an absolute specialist in screed and floor insulation. With offices in Diksmuide, they are a well-known player in West Flanders, although these days they are also popping up more and more often among their neighbours in East Flanders. Started in 1987, the company grew into a solid SME with 12 office colleagues and 50 workers.
