Interhoro
When my brother and I took over the company, everyone still worked the old way with lots of worksheet tabs in Excel, for all kinds of things. We were eager to quickly change this and simplify the administration as much as possible.
Interhoro’s challenges

First step towards digitisation
How did Robaws help?
- Implementation of construction software
- Onboarding support
- Digital work order with digital signature function
The reason we were looking for a software package and wanted to move away from Excel was simple. Firstly, to work more efficiently, but also because everyone could work in it at the same time, which is currently not the case in Excel.
We had looked at other programmes, but they came across as somewhat grey and not as straightforward. They were less well-organised and certain aspects were difficult for someone who would not have to work with them on a day-to-day basis. With Robaws, everything is logical, everything ties in together. You can also add and personalise colours so you can find things immediately.
Digital signature for work orders or accounts receivable
A major advantage offered by Robaws is that work orders and accounts receivable can be signed digitally. For 90% of our sites, we have to ask for approval before we can send the invoice.
It is extremely convenient that they no longer have to print it out to sign it. 1 2 3 clicks, and it's done. It is something we recently discovered in the updates, but it is very handy. Approval is also automatically linked to your project, which avoids any issues afterwards.
