Libreco
“From one simple task to another, all the data is transferred automatically.”
Libreco's challenges
- Time loss due to manual work
How did Robaws help?
- Workflow automation
The right flow
You start with your customer and compile a quotation. If it is accepted, you can immediately convert it into a project (order). Accounts receivable can easily be retrieved for quotations, making everything crystal clear, we mainly use this with contractors.
Once you have the okay to go ahead and send your invoice, you press the euro symbol and you’re done. From one simple task to another, all the data is transferred automatically.
Price review
For public tenders, you have to submit a price but because these are usually longer-term projects, they provide a price review clause.
The price revision you can implement depends on a number of factors, and these are published every so often by Confederatie Bouw. The values must then be entered in specific formulas, but with Robaws, you only need to enter the values and the programme performs the calculations. Afterwards you obtain an effective overview of before and after the price revision.
About Libreco
31 years ago, asbestos was on the rise and had not yet been banned. Libreco immediately jumped on the bandwagon and grew into a well-known family business. A few years ago, it was bought by Asbestcare, based in Limburg. Libreco is located in East Flanders where it employs 110 workers who work externally in three teams, and four office staff. Their main pillar is asbestos, and they also carry out demolition work on a small scale for both private individuals and large companies.
